Butterfly Superfoods

A new kind of nut butter company that’s providing an approachable path to wellness. Their debut product—four nut butter varieties—include delicious flavors that can be eaten with any meal. Not to mention they are fully Keto, non-GMO, and paleo friendly.

My Role

Based on  weeks of  strategic positioning sessions for the brand,  the founder hoped to achieve a  playful and lighthearted approach to the creative. Along with the team at Scout Lab, we worked together to bring his brand vision to life.  We  considered  an approachable brand essence when executing the  brand identity, website, packaging and art direction.

Color Palette

The Butterfly identity displays a color variety that speaks to its core values of wellness and playfulness. We aimed to use tones that captured the approachability and delight the brand brings to consumers.

Iconography

The iconography system is rooted in playful, hand-drawn forms. Throughout the identity system, introducing a personalized touch adds to the strategic position of the friendly brand next door.
